Distribute the 2-page Future Quest Blueprint. Walk the room to provide affirmation and spark career ideas for undecided students.

Circulation Prompt: "I noticed you love animals and art—have you ever thought about veterinary medical illustration or wildlife photography?"

24:00 – 28:00 (4 min) Slide 7: Debrief

Turn & Talk Launch Celebration

Have students show their Mission Patch to their shoulder partner and complete the sentence frame: "One career I want to explore is... because I am good at..."

Wrap-Up (28:00-30:00): Collect blueprints or invite students to keep them in their guidance folders for classroom teacher follow-up.

Tiered Adaptations (Grades 3 vs. 5 & Diverse Learners)

3rd Grade / Developing Writers

• Allow students to draw pictures of tools or uniforms rather than writing long descriptions.
• Provide a word bank of 10 common jobs on the board for quick reference.

5th Grade / Extension

• Ask students to identify high school electives (e.g., band, robotics, debate) that feed their pathway.
• Challenge them to write down what degree or certification their chosen job requires.

ELL & Specialized Support
