About Lenny

Lenny brings trusted instructional resources, research-backed practices, and curriculum frameworks into one place. Teachers and school staff can quickly create or adapt lesson plans, activities, assessments, scaffolds, interventions, and student-support materials for any subject, grade level, or learning need.

Resources can be aligned with a district's curriculum, state standards, and frameworks including MTSS, Common Core, CASEL, PBIS, ASCA, NGSS, and WIDA. Every resource is editable, giving educators control over how materials are adapted and delivered in their classrooms.

Together with educators, Lenny is also building one of the world's largest publicly available libraries of teacher-created lesson plans and instructional resources.

Each month, Lenny reaches thousands of classrooms across all 50 U.S. states and more than 100 countries.

Teachers, interventionists, special educators, counselors, and school leaders use Lenny to provide stronger instruction and more personalized support without adding hours of preparation. Schools and districts use Lenny to strengthen instruction, organize shared resources, and support implementation across every tier of MTSS. Individual educators can create and discover resources for free.

Lenny was founded by Bryce and Ting, whose brothers struggled without receiving the right support at the right time.

Their first project, Brain Health Bootcamp, demonstrated that research-backed instruction could improve mental-health literacy in a single class period. It also revealed a broader challenge: even excellent resources have limited impact when educators cannot find, adapt, and deliver them when students need them.

Lenny was built to close that gap. Our goal is to help every educator turn proven strategies into practical, personalized instruction so every student can receive the right support at the right time. Read more on our story page.

Lenny is FERPA and COPPA compliant and built to meet district and state student-data privacy requirements. Students do not create accounts or directly access the Lenny platform. Educators remain responsible for reviewing, adapting, and deciding how resources are shared with students and families.
