FAQ

Common questions

Your district should come with an MTSS priority you already want to work on.

For example, you might want to strengthen Tier 1 instruction, improve Tier 2 or Tier 3 interventions, support attendance or behavior, or improve support for a specific group of students.

No.

Your district identifies the problem or priority using the student data, staff knowledge, and processes you already have.

Lenny helps your team act on that priority by providing training, tools, and materials educators can use.

Lenny provides:

  • Access to the Lenny platform
  • Professional development materials built around your chosen priority
  • Training for your district's PD lead
  • Support creating and adapting instructional and intervention materials
  • Implementation support during the program

Your district does.

You choose a PD lead. Lenny gives that person the training materials and prepares them to lead the session with your staff.

Your PD lead does not need to create the PD from scratch.

The main scheduled commitment is a one-hour Lenny onboarding and PD session to get staff set up and aligned.

After that, there are no required daily meetings or set usage hours. Staff can use Lenny whenever it fits into their workflow, with the goal of helping them save time rather than adding more work.

No.

Your district keeps using its own assessments, data systems, and MTSS processes to identify student needs and monitor progress.

Lenny does not analyze or diagnose individual student or district data for you.

No.

Lenny is designed to work with the curriculum, standards, assessments, and programs your district already uses.
