Instructional Procedure

The "Invisible" Hook (5 mins)
Use Slide 2 for this discussion.
Ask students: "If you knew for 100% certain that no one would ever find out what you did, would you act any differently? Why?"
Introduce the core definition: Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is watching.

Building the Blueprint (15 mins)
Use Slides 3-7 to guide this section.
Discuss the three pillars of integrity as shown on the Integrity Anchor Chart :
Honesty: Telling the truth, even when it's hard.Accountability: Owning your mistakes and fixing them.Reliability: Doing what you say you are going to do.
Bridge of Trust: Explain that every choice either strengthens or weakens the bridge between us and others.

The Tough Calls (15 mins)
Use Slide 8 for activity instructions.
Divide students into small groups. Distribute the Tough Calls Discussion Cards . Instruct each group to read and discuss the scenarios, focusing on the impact on the "Bridge of Trust."

The Mirror Test & Wrap-Up (10 mins)
Use Slide 9 for the final reflection prompt.
Distribute the Mirror Test Exit Ticket for individual reflection. Finally, hand out the Integrity Action Worksheet as a homework assignment to reinforce the concepts with family at home.
Extension
Ask students to research a historical figure who displayed integrity in a difficult moment and present their findings.
Support
Use visual roleplay. Have students act out the scenarios from the cards to better understand the emotions involved in the choices.
