My Personal Space Bubble
Theme: Space & Boundaries
What is My Bubble?
Imagine an invisible balloon all around your body. Everyone has one! It keeps us feeling comfortable and safe.
Rule: Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself!
Listening to Boundaries
If a classmate says "Please give me room" or "Stop," what is our superhero response?
Step back right away and say: "You got it!"
Try it now: Spread your arms gently. Is there room for your neighbor?
Quick Body Check
MONDAY PRACTICE
Bubble Detective: Thumbs Up or Down?
Show Your Thumbs!
1
Leo wants a high five, so he asks: "High five, friend?" before touching Leo's hand.
Thumbs UP! (Asked first)
2
Maya pushes past people in line to be the line leader at the water fountain.
Thumbs DOWN! (Popped bubbles)
3
Sam sits on his own carpet square so everyone has room to sit comfortably.
Thumbs UP! (Respected space)
Today's Goal: Protect your bubble and be gentle with others' bubbles!
TUESDAY
Kind Words & Listening Ears
Theme: Words & Empathy
Words that Build Up
Our words have power! Kind words act like glue that makes people feel brave, happy, and loved.
"You worked so hard on that drawing!"
"Thank you for helping me clean up."
Whole Body Listening
Listening is respect you can show without saying anything!
👀 Eyes looking
👂 Ears listening
🤐 Mouth quiet
❤️ Heart caring
Super Tip: If you don't have something kind to say, pause and breathe!
Think First
TUESDAY PRACTICE

🤝
"Thank you for being..."
a helpful classmate / a kind friend
💖
"I'm so glad we are in..."

WEDNESDAY
Welcoming Everyone & Our Differences
Theme: Kindness & Inclusion
Different & Special
We have different hair, skin tones, languages, favorite games, and family traditions. If we were all identical, life would be so boring!
Our differences make our classroom strong and beautiful!
Open the Circle
Inclusion means nobody sits alone or feels left out on the playground or at lunch.
Magic words: "Do you want to play with us?"
Recess Mission: Look for someone standing by themselves today and invite them over!
Be an Inviter
WEDNESDAY PRACTICE
The Inclusion Challenge: What Would You Do?
Real Life Heroes
A At the Recess Swings
You see a new student watching the soccer game quietly from the fence.
Superhero Move:
"Hi! I'm Alex. Do you want to kick the soccer ball with us?"
B At the Lunch Table
A classmate brings a lunch from their family that smells different from yours.
Superhero Move:
Never say "yuck." Instead ask: "What is that called? It looks neat!"
Remember: Curiosity and kindness make everyone feel welcome!
THURSDAY

Theme: Rules & School Property
Classroom Tools

Clean Spaces
Our classroom, hallways, and playground are our home away from home.
Pick up trash even if it isn't yours. Push in your chair!
School Helpers
Teachers, custodians, lunch helpers, and bus drivers keep us safe.
