👟 Even When Someone Creases Your Kicks
STEP BACK, STAY COOL
How to handle disrespect, master the 3-second pause, and keep your hands to yourself when pride kicks in.
KHFAOOTY Champion Protocol • Living The Golden Rule Every Day
Foundation Rule The Universal Standard
What is KHFAOOTY?
Keep Hands, Feet, And Other Objects To Yourself
Zero Exceptions
No matter what somebody said, what face they made, or whether they bumped you first — physical retaliation is never allowed.
“They started it” does not protect you from getting in trouble.
The Golden Rule
Treat others how you want to be treated. When you make a mistake, you want patience and grace — not revenge or cruelty.
Real strength is controlling your reaction when provoked.
You control your body, your words, and your future. Nobody else controls your hands.
The Real World Test Hallway Scenario
Scenario: Someone Steps on Your Fresh Shoes on Purpose
You are walking down the hallway. Someone smirks, stomps right on your toe, and leaves a dirty scuff mark. What happens inside you?
The Trap (Losing Control)
× Shoving them or throwing a punch
× Screaming insults to save your pride
× Stomping their shoe back on purpose
Result: Detention, parent phone call, suspended from fun activities, shoe is STILL dirty.
The Boss Move (Bossing Your Brain)
✓ Take a step back and plant both feet
✓ 3-second box breath (keep hands down)
✓ Clear, calm, assertive eye contact
Result: You stay respected, you keep your record clean, shoes can be wiped off in 10 seconds.
Key Mindset: Shoes can be cleaned with soap and water. A bad record and broken trust are much harder to fix.
Action Plan The 3-Second Reset
When the Heat Rises: PAUSE, BREATHE, RESET
1
Physical Anchor
Step back 2 feet. Put hands in pockets or at your sides. Lock down your impulse.
“My hands stay mine.”
2
Oxygen In
Deep breath through your nose. Cool down the panic switch in your brain.
“I am in control.”
3
Future Check
Ask yourself: Will swinging or yelling help me in 10 minutes? Or ruin my week?
“Peace over drama.”
The strongest person in the room is the one who controls their own reaction.
Verbal Mastery Power Without Being Mean
What to Say Instead of Getting Ignorant
You don’t have to be a doormat, and you don’t have to be a bully. Stand tall and speak with calm authority:
Script 1: The Direct Boundary
“Watch your step. You stepped on my shoe on purpose, and that’s not cool.”
Calm tone, firm eyes
Script 2: The De-escalator
“I’m not trading hands over a scuff mark. Give me space.”
Shuts down audience hype
Script 3: The Golden Disarm
“I wouldn’t do that to your stuff. Don’t do it to mine.”
Reminds them of respect
When people try to start a fight, they want a reaction. When you give them calm confidence, they have nothing to feed on.

The Revenge Trap
When someone is mean to you, and you are mean back, what changes?
Now two people acted like bullies
Drama doubles and spreads to friends
Both people face consequences
Nobody feels better in the end
The Golden Leader
Treating others how you want to be treated means setting the temperature, not copying it:
You protect your reputation
You keep your school safe for everyone
You earn real respect from teachers & peers
You stay in the game, clubs, and recess
“Anyone can throw a punch. It takes true maturity and strength to walk away.”

PART 1
Case Study: The Hallway Scuff
The Situation: You are wearing your favorite sneakers that you kept sparkling clean. While waiting in the dismissal line, a classmate looks right at you, laughs with their friends, and purposely stomps on the toe of your shoe, leaving a thick brown scuff.
Your heart starts beating fast. Your hands ball into fists. Your brain is screaming to shove them or stomp their shoes right back.
Possible Reaction Consequence Maturity Score & Why

Drama grows, friends take sides, you look mean
Poor (Violates Golden Rule)
Option C: Step back 2 feet, pause 3 seconds, speak firmly, wipe shoe later.
Clean record, respect maintained, crisis ended
Champion (100% Leader)
Your Turn: Construct The Champion Response
Keep hands down, tone calm, eyes firm
1. What is the exact assertive sentence you would say to that student without insulting them or getting physical?
2. Why does stomping on their shoe back actually give them power over you instead of showing strength?

STEP 1
Identify Your "Heat" Triggers
When you know what makes your temperature rise, nobody can surprise you into a bad choice. Check all the things that tempt you to lose your temper:
Someone stepping on or scuffing my shoes
Someone bumping into me and not apologizing
Teasing or laughing behind my back
Losing an argument or a game at recess
Someone touching my backpack or supplies
People hyping up drama and shouting “Fight!”
What physical warning signs does your body give you before you get angry? (e.g., fists clenching, face getting hot, breathing fast)
STEP 2
The Golden Rule Reset
Being mean on purpose or getting physical never makes things even—it just doubles the mess.
Imagine you made a mistake and accidentally stepped on someone’s shoe or bumped them. How would you want them to react to you?
STEP 3
My Personal Emergency Protocol
1. Body Reset Where will you put your hands immediately when triggered?
2. Mental Mantra What calming phrase will you repeat in your head?
3. Trusted Helper Which school adult will you walk to if drama persists?
