PHASE 1: WELCOME & CONNECTION
05 MINUTES
Concept Hook: The "Missing Manual" Protocol
Prompt: Ask students: "If you bought a high-end smartphone, what happens if you never read the setup manual?" Elicit answers (drained battery, missed hidden features, incorrect configuration).
Analogy: Pivot to the student journey. Your brain and personality are infinitely more complex than any smartphone. Yet, we enter high school expected to run perfectly without checking our own operational guidelines. Today, we write our own "Owner's Manual."
PHASE 2: EXPLORE THE CONCEPT
15 MINUTES
Instruction: System Architecture of the Self
Subsystem A: Personality
Define Personality Traits as consistent patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Use slide examples to outline the dimensions of style (Energy recharge: Introvert vs. Extrovert; Detail management: Analytical vs. Big-Picture).
Subsystem B: Learning Vectors
Define Learning Styles . Clarify that modern science view styles as preferences and tools rather than limits. Introduce three core processing modes: Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic.
Key Teacher Talking Points: "Your personality style isn't a permanent cage; it's a map of your natural defaults. Knowing where you recharge energy and how you digest information allows you to construct strategies that work for you, not against you."

PHASE 3: GUIDED PRACTICE
10 MINUTES
Demonstration: Calibrating the Diagnostic Tool
Instrument Rollout: Distribute the Identity Inventory Worksheet. Explain that this is not a diagnostic test with right or wrong answers, but an objective system diagnostic.
Calibration Walkthrough: Read Section 1, Question 1 aloud. Show how to rate responses realistically without overthinking. Modeling honesty is vital: "If I say I love study groups, is that what I actually choose, or what I think a student should do?"
PHASE 4: INDEPENDENT APPLICATION
15 MINUTES
Active Assessment: Compiling System Metrics
Data Collection: Students complete the Personality & Learning Style Inventories independently (8 mins). Instruct them to sum up point metrics to determine their classifications.
Schematic Synthesis: Distribute the Reflection Journal Pages. Students draft their profile details (7 mins), detailing how their personality traits operate in real scenarios.
PHASE 5: REFLECT & CLOSE
05 MINUTES
Debrief: Booting the Newly Calibrated System
Group Sync: Ask 2-3 volunteers to share one "Operational Warning" or "Maintenance Routine" they wrote for themselves.
Closing Directive: "This manual isn't complete. Keep it safe. When high school gets stressful, refer to your specs and tune your system."
SYSTEM CALIBRATION (DIFFERENTIATION STRATEGIES)
Accommodation Profiles
For students who struggle with reading speed, reduce the inventory to select questions (e.g., odd numbers only) or read questions aloud to a small focus group. Allow verbal recording of Reflection prompts.
Extension Parameters
Advanced students should analyze compatibility vectors: How does an Extroverted/Visual learner best study alongside an Introverted/Analytical partner? Have them design a hybrid compromise plan.

THE OWNER'S MANUAL TO YOU
A system diagnostic and calibration guide designed to identify your key personality traits and learning preferences for the high school journey.
BOOT SEQUENCE: INITIATED
SLIDE 01/06
CORE SCHEMATIC // 01 PERSONALITY TRAITS
What is your Default Setting?
Your personality traits are your mind’s natural hardware defaults. They aren’t limits—they are patterns in how you recharge, deal with detail, and solve problems.
Energy Vectors
Introvert: Recharges in quiet spaces.
Extrovert: Recharges in social zones.
Focus Vectors
Detail-Driven: Focuses on specs & data.
Big-Picture: Focuses on vision & ideas.
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE SLIDE 02/06
CORE SCHEMATIC // 02 LEARNING PREFERENCES
Information Processing Modes
Visual
Digests graphs, charts, mind maps, and diagrams. Needs to "see" layout schematics to organize thought paths.
Auditory
Learns best through verbal explanation, debate, and listening. Needs to sound out technical operations.
Kinesthetic
Learns best through building, touching, doing, and moving. Needs active experimentation to integrate files.
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE SLIDE 03/06
SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC // RUN IDENTITY INVENTORY
System Calibrator
Open your Identity Inventory Worksheet and prepare to rate how well statements match your operating default.
INSTRUCTIONS
Be brutally honest—rate how you actually behave , not how you think you "should."
Sum the scores for each column to generate your Trait Coefficients .
Identify your dominant peaks on the summary scale.

INSTRUCTIONS: Read each statement below. Rate how accurately it reflects your natural defaults using the scale: 1 = Strongly Disagree, 3 = Neutral, 5 = Strongly Agree.
SECTION A PERSONAL SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
1. I feel energized and recharged after spending active time in large social circles.
1 2 3 4 5
2. I prefer completing tasks independently rather than navigating collaborative groups.
1 2 3 4 5
3. I focus deeply on precise data, logical facts, and structured step-by-step plans.
1 2 3 4 5
4. I excel at conceptual thinking, creative solutions, and big-picture ideation.

SECTION B INFORMATION PROCESSING VECTORS
VISUAL VECTOR
Diagrams, flowcharts, and color-coding lock ideas in.
I easily map lists, shapes, and positions in my mind.
AUDITORY VECTOR
I learn best through spoken guidelines and podcasts.
I prefer explaining solutions out loud with a peer.
KINESTHETIC VECTOR
I need to build, draw, or move to retain complex ideas.
Sitting still for long lectures drains my system.
CALCULATION SCHEMATIC (SYSTEM METRICS)
1. PERSONALITY COEFFICIENTS
Check the score differences between related vectors to map your default behavior.
ENERGY PROFILE: INTROVERT (Score Q2) vs. EXTROVERT (Score Q1)
FOCUS VECTOR: DETAIL-DRIVEN (Score Q3) vs. BIG-PICTURE (Score Q4)
2. DOMINANT VECTOR SUMMARY
