Set up the room for group discussions and the activity stations.

Introduction & Warm-Up
Greet the students and introduce the idea of being emotion explorers . Discuss a few common feelings (happy, sad, excited, etc.) and ask students to share times they experienced these emotions.

Storytelling Session
Read or tell the story of an explorer embarking on a journey to map unknown territories, paralleling the discovery of different emotions.
Use the Slide Deck to show visuals that support the narrative.
Pause at key points to ask questions and invite predictions.

Map-Making Activity
Provide students with the Emotion Mapping Activity template. Encourage them to use drawings or stickers to illustrate each feeling.
Circulate the room, prompting discussions about why a particular emotion belongs in a certain part of the map.
Help students label areas if needed (Joy Jungle, Sadness Stream, etc.).

Reflection & Discussion
Gather the students for a group discussion about what they learned. Ask open-ended questions like: "How did you feel while exploring?" and "What surprised you about your map?" Emphasize that all emotions are valid and part of everyone's journey.
