Example Rituals for Switching Frequencies
A "Lock-In Ritual" is a small action that tells your brain: "I am switching to School AM mode." This helps you leave the "Home FM" static behind so you can make positive ripples in your classroom.
Physical Resets
1 Threshold Breath: One giant breath exactly as you cross the door.
2 Strap Snap: Tighten your backpack straps as you enter.
3 Posture Reset: Roll shoulders back and chin up.
Mental Switches
1 Focus Phrase: Say "Game on" or "Lock in" to yourself.
2 Radio Check: Imagine turning a dial from Home to School.
3 Goal Recall: Name one thing to finish today.
Environment Sync
1 Phone Handoff: Put your phone in a specific bag section.
2 Desk Clear: Only school supplies on the desk.
3 Tab Closer: Close all non-school computer tabs.
