Guide the student to identify personal interests and strengths, explore matching career options, and draft an initial personalized career plan.
Why This Session?
Helps the student gain self-awareness, connect their skills to real-world careers, and build early ownership over their future goals through one-on-one mentorship.
Preparation
Print or upload digital copies of all worksheets.
Familiarize yourself with each worksheet’s sections and prompts.
Prepare examples of careers and skills to share during brainstorming.
