JOY SPARKS / The 3-Minute Tiny Delight Swap
A rapid-fire connection ritual that trades grand achievements for micro-moments of everyday delight.
Say This Out Loud (30-Sec Framing)
“We’re going to take a few minutes to reflect for a moment. Think about a micro-win at LPES or at home that brought joy to your week. It doesn't have to be a milestone or grand thing. It could be hitting all the green lights on the way to work, an old song that came up on the radio, someone letting you in, a funny thing your student said. Just one small thing that made you smile this week. I'll give you a minute to write it down on the handout provided. 60 sec. Ok turn and talk to a partner about your Joy this week. 120 sec. Hand up. Batch call 3 people to share out. Please share one thing that brought you joy this week.

Facilitator Golden Rules
Smaller is better: Stop people who brag about big wins; steer toward micro-moments.
Echo partner joys: Having peers report their partner's spark builds active listening.
Zero interrogation: No critique or deep analysis—just smile, celebrate, and transition.
