1. Foundations & Values
Welcome the class and define the "Blueprint of a Team." Discuss why working together is more efficient than working alone.
Restorative Focus: Establish that every voice is equal. Use a brief check-in circle question: "What is one thing you're good at when working with others?"

2. The Sky-High Challenge
Groups of 4. Task: Build the tallest freestanding tower using only 10 sheets of paper and 12 inches of tape.
Phase 1: Planning (5 mins) - Hands off materials. Only talking.Phase 2: Execution (20 mins) - Building starts. Monitor for inclusive roles.Phase 3: Clean Up (5 mins) - Teams tidy their site together.

3. Restorative De-Brief
Gather in a circle. Ask open-ended questions to process the experience:
"How did your team decide on a design?"
"When things felt hard, how did you treat each other?"

4. Individual Blueprinting
Distribute the Teamwork Reflections Worksheet . This is quiet reflection time to internalize the lessons from the group activity.

5. Final Inspection
Summarize: Teamwork isn't just about finishing first; it's about the strength of the foundation we build together. Thank everyone for their vulnerability and effort.
Pro-Tips for Facilitation
If a group is struggling with conflict, pause them and ask: "Is everyone being heard right now?"
Celebrate the process more than the height of the towers during the debrief.
