What is a
Monster Mood?
An emotion is a big, colorful feeling inside your heart and body!
Just like monsters have silly tails, bumpy horns, and bright colors, they have lots of different feelings too. All feelings are okay to have!
The Mood Rules:
- Feelings come and go like clouds.
- No feeling is "bad" or "wrong" to feel!
- Talking about feelings makes them easier!
