The sequence is organized into five focused modules covering self-evaluation, career clusters, higher education, life navigation, and goal mapping.

The final session covers grounding techniques like the 5-4-3-2-1 sensory detective challenge and has students assemble their take-home Clue Club Badge to lock in their calming habits.

The opening session introduces students to the Clue Club detective theme. Students learn to scan their bodies for early physical signs of anxiety (the 'body clues') and complete their first Case File.
