- Mount the Title: Cut along the dashed outlines on Pages 2 & 3 to release the "GROW HERE" title cards. Mount them high-center.
- Student Planting Phase: Provide response cards to students. Give them time to brainstorm, draft, and outline their designs in marker or pen.

Re-Root After a Mistake
When I get a wrong answer, stop and write down exactly one new thing I learned from that error.
Try a New Soil
Invite a classmate I don't know very well to sit, chat, or play a recess game together.
Prune the "Yet" Branch
Catch myself saying "I can't do this" and write or say: "...I can't do this YET."
Share My Sunshine
Give a specific, genuine compliment to a classmate about their hard work, creativity, or kindness.
Stretch Toward the Light
Work on a tricky task for 15 straight minutes without giving up or checking out, even if it gets tough.

The Garden Allies
Sometimes our classmates face dry soil or strong winds. How can we be "allies" and water their resilience? Read the scenarios below and write your supportive words.
Scenario 1: Overcast Skies
Managing Mistake Frustration
Leo rips his paper after drawing a line wrong in art class. He mutters, "I'm completely ruining this, I give up!" and puts his head down.
Your "Watering" Words to Leo:
Scenario 2: Shady Corner
Supporting Solitary Peers
Maya is standing alone by the brick wall during recess. She's twisting her lanyard and looking down at her shoes as other students play kickball.
What is your supportive ally action?
Scenario 3: Dry Soil
Academic Self-Esteem Deficit
Sanjay looks at the new long division steps on the board. He sighs heavily, slumps down, and whispers, "Everyone else gets this except me. I'm just not a math person."
What helpful "Yet" reminder would you share?
Scenario 4: Cold Wind
Nurturing Group Connections
When the teacher says to pick partners, Chloe looks around nervously. Two partners right near her high-five each other, leaving her completely left out.
How would you step in as an ally?
An ally is a teammate who supports others and stands up to help them grow. GROW GREENHOUSE BOARD KIT
