Facilitation Golden Rule for Micro-Sparks
1. Strict Timebox: Announce the exact countdown. A 3-minute activity that runs 10 minutes loses its energizing punch.
2. Low Stakes First: Never grade check-in activities. Psychological safety drives real student vulnerability.
3. Non-Verbal Option: Always allow students to respond via writing or thumbs-up if public sharing feels overwhelming.
