2 Story: The Sour Grape (10 Min)
Read 'The Sour Grape'. Focus on the transition from "grudge-holding" (sour) to "kind-acting" (sweet).
Discussion: "Why was the grape feeling sour? Was he being kind to his friends?"Power Check: "When we choose to be sour or mean on purpose, how does it make our friends feel? Sad, small, lonely."
3 Hero Power: The Check-In (5 Min)
Teach the "Check-In" as a way to use our Sweet Power.

This simple phrase is a SHIELD for a friend who is feeling sad.
Practice saying it in different voices: Whisper, Hero, Friendly.
