"Welcome, Glitch Fixers! Our brains have powerful software, but sometimes there are glitches—thoughts that trick us. Over the next 6 levels, we're going to learn how to scan and reboot our systems."
2
The Power Trio (15 mins)
Use slides to explain: THOUGHTS (The Code), FEELINGS (The Music), ACTIONS (The Moves). Use the lunchroom glitch example (getting bumped in line).
3

What is a
Mind Glitch?
A Glitch is an error in our mind's code that tries to trick us into believing things that aren't true.
Scanning system for 4 major bugs...
Bug #1:
Bad-News-Filter
Your brain act like a broken filter. It only catches the BAD stuff and lets all the GOOD stuff get deleted!
Example: "I did great in the play, but I tripped once. The whole show was a disaster!"
Bug #2:
Guess-Mode
Your brain thinks it can read minds! It guesses that everyone is thinking mean things about you.
"She looked at me and whispered. She definitely hates my shirt."
