My Safe Hands Box
Put your hand on this page and trace around your fingers with your favorite crayon! When we trace our hands, we remind our bodies that our hands are for helping, drawing, and hugging, not for hurting.
â
ðĻ Teacher Action Plan: When a student hits the Red Zone, preserve physical safety first. Guide them to the designated Cozy/Calm Corner, speak in low-register monotone tones, and allow up to 5-10 minutes of uninterrupted breathing before initiating reflection.
