A comprehensive self-identity curriculum for third-grade students exploring personal strengths, emotional regulation, family heritage, and community connections. Through reflective worksheets, visual anchor charts, and interactive slide presentations, students build self-awareness and empathy.

An emotional regulation system featuring individual weekly desk-sized mood trackers, printable coping strategy card decks, a comprehensive teacher tracking log and intervention guide, and an introductory slide deck. Designed to help students identify their emotions, apply evidence-based self-regulation strategies, and systematically track their growth.

A 6-week small group curriculum designed to build executive functioning skills in transitioning 6th graders. Covers organization, time management, planning, distraction management, goal setting, and stress coping using a highly engaging space-mission theme.

Week 4 of the Belonging series. Students apply inclusion and active welcoming strategies to real-world school scenarios using role-play and creative problem-solving.

A 5-day curriculum teaching 4th graders the STAR expectations (Safe, Targeting Success, Acting with Integrity, Respect & Responsibility) across classrooms, hallways, bathrooms, playgrounds, and cafeterias using a high-energy comic-book superhero theme.

Week 3 of the Belonging series. Features cooperative group challenges and team-building games that require active inclusion and communication to succeed.

A comprehensive unit on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) mindfulness skills, taking students from somatic anchoring and cognitive understanding to collaborative, station-based performances that demonstrate 'What' and 'How' skills.

Week 2 of the Belonging series. Focuses on direct instruction to help grades 3-5 students define inclusion, recognize visual and verbal exclusion cues, and map actionable community actions.

Week 1 of the Belonging series. Students read a realistic classroom scenario about a new student and reflect on what it means to belong and welcome others.
