"Welcome, Brain Bosses! Your brain is the CEO of your body. Sometimes even the best boss needs training! Over the next 6 weeks, we're joining an elite group to master our minds."

Distribute Activity Sheets. Students design a "Brain Boss Badge" reflecting their personal style.

"Ever try to work, but your brain kept looking at a bird? Those are Distractions. We use Focus Filters to look only at what matters!"

Play 'Boss Lookout'. Lock eyes on a target while you use distractors. Transition to the Activity Sheet.
Task: Put on invisible filters. Lock eyes on the goal.
Prompt: "What did it feel like to be the boss of your eyes?"

"Ever look at a mess and think: 'I can't do this!'? Brain Bosses know a secret: We don't do it all at once. We use Boss Steps."

Build a tower one block at a time. Use the Activity Sheet to break a task into exactly 3 steps.
Strategy: Base -> Middle -> Top. Just three steps!
