Project Lead & Coordinator
Keeps the big picture in focus. Ensures everyone knows their task and deadlines are met on time.

Logistics & Schedule Master
Maps out the physical space, table setups, timing details, and the minute-by-minute event schedule.

Outreach & Communications
Spreads the word! Designs posters, writes announcements, sends reminders, and invites volunteers.

Supply & Safety Guardian
Gathers required materials, manages donation boxes, monitors safety rules, and tracks supplies.
