Why This Work Matters
When students feel emotionally safe, connected, and supported at school, attendance improves, coping skills strengthen, and students are better prepared to learn. As student emotional and mental health needs continue to increase, expanding counseling supports would allow Kitley Intermediate to continue providing preventative programming, responsive services, and direct student support while sustaining the high level of services currently provided.
