Navigating and understanding your nervous system's Window of Tolerance

Date:
Our nervous system is like an internal weather system that constantly reacts to the world around us. Your Window of Tolerance is the optimal zone where you can handle stress, think clearly, and feel connected. When stress gets too intense, we can get pushed outside our window into high-energy storms or freezing fog.
