Glow Up Blueprint: 6-Week Empowerment Program
Program Goal
This curriculum is designed for 7th-8th grade girls to navigate the social complexities of middle school. Each week focuses on a core pillar of self-confidence and healthy relationship management, providing practical tools ("scripts") they can use immediately.
Week 01
Connection Spark
Core Topic: Initiating friendships and the "Social Battery" concept.
Week 02
Vibe Check Friendship
Core Topic: Identifying "Green Flags" vs. "Red Flags" in relationships.
Week 03
Social Web Navigation
Core Topic: Cliques vs. friend groups and maintaining individuality.
Week 04
Pressure Proof
Core Topic: Refusal strategies and standing your ground against peer pressure.
Week 05
Voice Power
Core Topic: Self-advocacy in the classroom and with authority figures.
Week 06
Glow Up Celebration
Core Topic: Final manifesto creation and peer celebration circle.
