Lesson Sequence
1. Introduction & Hook

Ask: "Have you ever felt so mad you felt like a dragon breathing fire?" Introduce the idea of "taming" that dragon to feel more in control of our reactions.
2. Identifying the Dragon

Body Check: Use Slide 2 to discuss physical feelings (tight fists, hot face). Ask: "Where does your body feel anger?"
Trigger Talk: Use Slide 3. Share common triggers (losing a game, feeling misunderstood). Jot student's triggers on the whiteboard.
3. Introducing Coping Strategies

Present Slide 4: Dragon's Breath .
Practice together 2-3 times: In (3 sec), Hold (2 sec), Out (5 sec). Explain that this "cools down" the fire before it gets too hot.
4. Worksheet Activity

Guide the student through the My Anger Toolkit worksheet. Help them translate the discussion into their personal action plan.
5. Wrap-up & Encourage

Review key points from Slide 5. Emphasize that anger is normal, but control is a skill that grows with practice.
