Phase 1: Inside the Tank (45 mins)
Use "Inside the Tank" slides. This phase builds background knowledge and excitement.
- Meet the Sharks: Introduce the investors and their backgrounds using the embedded videos.
- Analyze Success: Watch the Scrub Daddy bidding war. Ask: "Why did they want this deal so badly?"
- Analyze Failure: Watch the Inventory Nightmare clip. Discuss how "bad math" makes investors lose confidence.

Phase 2: The Project Mission (15 mins)
Switch to the "Showdown Presentation" slides. Pivot from being a viewer to being an entrepreneur.
- Review the 3 Pillars: Idea, Math, and Pitch.
- Explain the challenge: Solve a real-world problem with a profitable business.

Phase 3: The Blueprint (45-60 mins)
Hand out the Business Blueprint. Students work individually or in pairs.
Financial Support:
Circulate the room to help with the budget table. Ensure students account for materials and labor.
Script Polish:
Remind students of the "Hook" from the Scrub Daddy video—start with a strong opening statement.

Phase 4: The Showdown (60 mins)
Transform the room into "The Tank." Students present their ideas to the panel.
- The Pitch: 2 mins max. Strict timer.
- The Q&A: 3 mins of Shark questioning. Focus on the "Math" and "Problem."
- Evaluation: Use the Pitch Rubric for scoring. Allow peers to be "Guest Sharks."
