WHAT IS RESONANCE?
The Physics of Impact
In physics, resonance happens when one vibrating object forces another object to vibrate at the exact same frequency, amplifying the energy.
In human connection, we do the same thing. Every action, greeting, or comment we make sends out a wave. What we put out bounces back and multiplies.

Disrespect is like dissonance—harsh, jarring waves that cancel out positive momentum. It acts as "destructive interference."
Absorbs energy: Exhausts individuals and breeds defensive walls.
Distorts signals: Breaks communication lines, leading to rumors and mistrust.
Waveform: Disrespect / Chaos WARNING
Result: Fractured environments and high systemic fatigue.

How can a simple whisper or look from a classmate change the room's frequency?

KEY MISCONCEPTIONS TO ADDRESS
Misconception 1: "Respect means absolute agreement."
Explain that wave calibration (Case 02) isn't about Maya and Marcus thinking identically. It's about respecting the frequency of communication so they can build a combined solution.
Misconception 2: "If someone sends a bad wave, I have to echo it."
