5 min Warm-Up
My Body Circle
Gather students in a circle. Use the My Amazing Body Warm Up sheet to prompt discussion.
"What are some things your amazing body can do?" (e.g., run, jump, hug). Guide responses to highlight the positive and personal nature of their bodies.

Teacher Introduction
Script for Teacher:
"Good morning, super scientists! Today, we're going to talk about something super important: our bodies! Each of you has an amazing body, and it's YOURS. That means you get to make rules about it. We're going to learn about 'safe touches' and 'unsafe touches' and what to do if someone makes you feel uncomfortable."

Introducing Safe & Unsafe Touches
Use the Slide Deck to explain the differences.
Safe Touches: Feel good and show care (hugs, high-fives).
Unsafe Touches: Feel bad, scary, or confusing. Touches you don't want.
Introduce the No, Go, Tell rule: Say NO clearly, GO away, and TELL a trusted adult.

Safe or Not Safe?
Read scenario cards aloud. Students use thumbs up/down or visual cards to respond.
Discuss why each touch is safe or not safe, reinforcing the "No, Go, Tell" rule as needed.
7 min Closing
Safe People & Cool Down
Students complete the My Safe People Drawing Sheet .
Circulate and ask students to name the adults they are drawing.
Final Recap: "Your body is special. You are in charge! Remember: No, Go, Tell."
Complete the My Body Rules Cool Down sentences.

What is a Safe Touch?
It feels good and shows care.

What is an Unsafe Touch?
It feels bad, scary, or confusing.
A hit, a push, or a kick.
A touch you don't like or want.
A secret touch on your private parts.
