Video Coaching Tips
The Dot: Place a small sticker next to the camera lens. Tell the student, "Talk to the sticker!" This creates perfect eye contact.
Background: Keep it simple. A plain wall is best to avoid distractions for the interviewer.
Audio: If the student has a soft voice, practice using a headset with a microphone.
