Our Guidelines for Connection
"To listen is an act of love." — Shared Wisdom
Respect Every Voice
Every story matters. Honor the speaker by giving them your full, undivided attention. Only one person speaks at a time.
Listen with Purpose
Listen to understand, not to respond. Put aside distractions and focus on the emotions behind the words.
Circle of Trust
What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Maintain confidentiality to help everyone feel safe sharing their truth.
