When you feel ready:
Take one deep sigh, stand up slowly, and return to your learning family.
"Every breath is a fresh start to make a new choice."
Path A: Release & Reset
Breathe & Release
Use your body and breath to melt away tension.
Exercise 1
The Belly Balloon
Place your hands over your belly. Breathe in deep through your nose to blow up your belly balloon. Hold for a count of 3, then open your mouth and blow all the air out slowly.
1. Inhale (Fill balloon) 2. Pause (3 sec) 3. Exhale (Deflate)
Exercise 2
The Reach & Roll
Sit or stand up tall. Reach your fingertips up as high as they can go, stretching your ribs toward the ceiling. Then, bring your arms down slowly and roll your shoulders back 3 times.
1. Reach high like a tree 2. Roll shoulders slowly 3. Let your arms hang loose
Exercise 3
Squeeze & Melt
Squeeze your fists and shrug your shoulders up to your ears. Freeze like an ice statue for 5 seconds. Now... melt! Relax your hands, drop your shoulders, and feel the cozy warmth of letting go.
1. Squeeze tight (5s) 2. Melt completely 3. Take a soft, gentle breath
Repeat each exercise 3 times until your body feels quiet and soft.
Path B: Ground & Connect
Ground & Focus
Use your five senses and muscle power to anchor your mind.
Tool 1
The 5-4-3-2-1 Finder
Look around you right now. In your head or out loud, name:
5 Things to See
4 Things to Touch
3 Things to Hear
2 Things to Smell
1 Good Thing
Tool 2
Wall Power Push-Ups
Stand about two feet away from the wall. Place your hands flat on the wall. Bend your elbows and lean in close, then push yourself back up slowly using your strength. Repeat 5 times.
1. Hands flat & strong 2. Lean in slowly 3. Push back with power
Tool 3
Hold & Study
Pick up an object near you (like a smooth stone, a soft toy, or a wooden block). Hold it gently. Is it heavy or light? Smooth or rough? Is it warm or cool? Focus completely on how it feels in your palm.
1. Notice the texture 2. Feel its weight 3. Trace its edges
"You are safe, you are strong, and you are here right now."
