Wednesday Journal Prompt
The 3 Things That I Procrastinate
The purpose of this prompt is to think about your own experiences, and in this case, things that you procrastinate about (or put off). This is about completing the prompt to the best of your ability, telling me more about yourself, and thinking about why certain things bother you. This will not be shared with any of your peers unless you desire for it to be shared.
Three things that I procrastinate about (or that I put off until later) are:
1
2
3
Thing #1 Describe it here:
Why do you not like doing this thing?
Is this something that you feel like should be done more quickly?
Circle one: Yes No
What is something that you could do to not procrastinate with this as much?
Thing #2 Describe it here:
Why do you not like doing this thing?
Is this something that you feel like should be done more quickly?
Circle one: Yes No
What is something that you could do to not procrastinate with this as much?
