Delivery Guidelines
Speak in a calm, gentle, and slow voice. Allow for natural pauses. Ensure the environment is as quiet as possible before beginning.
"Welcome. Let's take just a moment to arrive here, fully and gently. Find a comfortable position, whether you're sitting or standing. You can let your eyes gently close, or if you prefer, soften your gaze on a spot in front of you."
"Now, bring your attention to your breath. No need to change it, just notice it. Feel the air as it comes in through your nose... and out through your mouth. Notice your chest or belly gently rising and falling with each breath."
Pause for 15-20 Seconds
"If your mind wanders, and it's completely normal for it to do so, just gently guide your attention back to your breath. Each breath is an anchor, bringing you back to this moment, right here, right now."
Pause for 10 Seconds
"Now, slowly bring your awareness back to the room. When you're ready, gently open your eyes. Take a moment to stretch if that feels good. How are you feeling after that minute of focus?"
Observer Note
Watch for physical signs of settling: dropping shoulders, deeper breaths, or stillness.
Goal
To transition the brain from external chaos to internal readiness for strategy work.
