WHAT IS DUCK DUCK DANCE?
A high-energy, cooperative game where no one wins or loses—everyone wins together! Children roll 4 oversized dice, follow silly gross-motor dance steps in order, and flip over pond cards to reveal cheering frog, turtle, and fish friends!

Zero Prep Needed
1
KITCHEN 3-STEP COMBO
Call out: "2 claps, 1 giant stomp, 1 superhero freeze!" See if your child can do it in order. Then trade jobs and let them direct your dance!
2
THE LIVING ROOM AUDIENCE
Line up 3 stuffed toys facing the wall. When your dancer finishes a routine, flip a toy around to give enthusiastic claps and duck quacks!
3
DUCK FREEZE & RESET BREATH
Dance wild to music! Shout "FREEZE!" Then breathe in deep with duck wings spread wide, and exhale slowly with a soft "quaaack" to reset energy.
ASK AT DINNER OR BEDTIME
- "Can you show me your wackiest duck dance move?"
- "Who did you cheer for in class today?"
- "How did your body feel after shaking the sillies out?"
TEACHER HIGH-FIVE ✋
Big body play builds strong neural pathways for focus and emotional regulation.
Keep grooving! 🦆✨
