Establish a diverse, representative leadership team of staff and community members by September 2026 to systematically co-develop a renewed, equity-focused shared school vision.
Aug–Sept 2026: Team Form Form team with representative grade, department, and diverse community stakeholder voice.
Oct–Dec 2026: Data Review Conduct monthly meetings to review academic data, operational patterns, and staff feedback.
Jan–Apr 2027: Co-Design Engage community through surveys & focus groups to draft the shared vision & priorities.

Establish operational frameworks that streamline administrative routines, elevate campus safety, and build clear classroom-level teacher support channels to reduce leadership burnout.

Leverage NC school performance systems (EVAAS, mClass, NC Check-Ins, CFAs) to provide rapid-cycle coaching and high-impact professional development designed around teacher feedback.
Active Walkthrough Cycle Conduct at least 2 walkthroughs per teacher, per month. Provide actionable feedback in under 48 hours.
Data-Driven Monthly PD Execute monthly PD aligned explicitly to observation data, instructional gaps, and direct staff surveys.
