Welcome & Review (3 min)
Goal: Establish that mistakes are normal and manageable.
- Ask: "Do people make mistakes?" (Wait for choral response).
- Teach: "Everyone makes mistakes. It's okay! Responsible people just learn how to fix them."

Mini Lesson (4 min)
Goal: Identify emotions and introduce concrete ways to make a 'fix'.
Emotions Check-In (Slide 4): Discuss the common feelings listed (embarrassed, angry, etc.). Ask students how their body feels when they make an 'oops'.
Using the Fix It Crew Slides, explain that fixing can mean:
Saying sorry
Helping clean up
Giving an item back
Trying again the right way
Listening to the adult

Sentence Stems (2 min)
Goal: Provide the language needed for the fix.
Choral Practice (Slide 7):
- "Iβm sorry."
- "Can I try again?"
- "How can I fix it?"

Fix-It Role Play (9 min)
Goal: Practice the 'Mistake' vs. the 'Fix'.
- 1. Use the Oops Rescue Cards to present a scenario.
- 2. Ask for volunteers to act it out twice:
- Act 1: Show the mistake happening.
- Act 2: Show the character using the 4 Fix-It Steps.
- 3. Ask the class: "How did the character feel before the fix? How did they feel after?"

Wrap-up (2 min)
Goal: Personal reflection.
Closing Question: "Think of a mistake you made today or yesterday. What is one way you could fix it?" (Share with a partner or the whole group).
