Hero Training Kickoff (10m)
Show Super Power Slides (Slide 2). Play the video and ask students what "Superpower" they saw. Explain that their brain is their greatest tool for making kind choices.

The Choice Shield (10m)
Use Slide 4 and the Super Choice Anchor Poster . Practice the "STOP-THINK-CHOOSE" motions. Go through Missions 1-3 (Slides 5-7) to test their skills.

Movement Training (15m)
Active practice:
Brain Break: Use Slide 8 to play the superhero movement video.
Training Game: Lead the group in the Choice Champion Training Game guide to build muscle memory for the SEL steps through play.

Heroic Resilience (10m)
Discuss Slides 11-12. Explain that making mistakes is normal! Practice the "Say It" and "Fix It" script. Role-play the slip-up scenarios on Slides 13, 14, and 15 .

Mission Practice (15m)
Independent Work: Hand out the Power Sorting Activity . Have students talk through their sorting choices with a partner once they finish.

Choice Champion Wrap-up (10m)
Finish with Slide 16. Distribute the Super Choice Coloring Sheet . Students should draw one specific super choice they plan to make today to help the class.

Level 1: Shield Reaction
The teacher calls out a scenario. Students must perform the correct "Shield Move" as fast as they can!

Level 2: The Choice Run
Students jog in place. The teacher calls out a choice. If it's a Super Choice , keep running! If it's a Slip-up , "Freeze" in a hero pose!

Level 3: Hero Flight (Balance)
Students balance on one foot like they are flying. The teacher tells a story. Every time you hear a Super Choice , flap your arms like wings!
