TRANSITION TO SLIDE 1: "My Super Behavior Plan!"
Teacher Says:
"Look at our first slide! It says 'My Super Behavior Plan!' Think of a behavior plan like a secret map or a special toolbox. It's a map to help you make great choices, and a toolbox full of tools to use when feelings get big or things feel tricky. What do you think a plan is?"
TRANSITION TO SLIDE 2: "What's Your Goal?"
Teacher Says:
"Every plan starts with a goal. A goal is something you want to achieve. What's one thing that sometimes makes school tricky for you? Or, what's one thing you'd like to do more often in class to feel more successful? Let's write that down on our whiteboard. What's your goal for today?"

TRANSITION TO SLIDE 4: "Feelings Alert!"
Teacher Says:
"Great detective work! Now, how do you feel inside when that happens? Do you feel mad? Frustrated? Sad? Tired? Remember, all feelings are okay to have. It's what we do with those feelings that matters. How do you feel when you start to feel like [behavior] might happen?"
TRANSITION TO SLIDE 5: "What Happens Next?"
Teacher Says:
"We're doing such good thinking! Let's think about what happens after you [behavior]. How does it affect you? Does it make it harder to learn? Does it affect your friends? What usually happens next?"
