Introduction: What's Your Energy Vibe?
• Begin with the Energy Check-In Warm-Up (Slide 2).
• Facilitate a brief discussion about different energy levels and how they feel. Use Energy Boosters Slide Deck (Slide 3) to guide the discussion.
Step 2 10'
Understanding Energy & Stress
• Use the Slide Deck (Slides 4-6) to explain physical and mental energy, and how stress impacts them.
• Encourage students to share experiences with low energy or feeling overwhelmed, creating a safe space for discussion.
Step 3 15'
Mindful Movements for Recharging
• Introduce and demonstrate mindful movements from the Slide Deck (Slides 7-9): deep breathing, gentle stretches, and progressive muscle relaxation.
• Have students practice these together. Emphasize these are tools they can use anywhere.
• Distribute the My Energy Recharge Activity and explain the Recharge Menu section.
Step 4 10'
Personalized Recharge Plan
• Guide students through the Personal Recharge Plan on their activity sheet. Encourage them to pick one technique they feel confident using when their energy dips.
Step 5 5'
Share & Reflect
• Invite students to share one or two techniques they found most helpful from their Recharge Menu . Close by reminding them that energy management is a skill that gets better with practice.
