Be Positive First: Highlight what's already strong.
Be Specific: Point to particular goals or ideas.
Ask Questions: Help them think deeper, don't just give answers.
Be Encouraging: Build their confidence in their plan.
Roles: The Coachee
Listen Actively: Pay full attention to suggestions.
Ask Questions: Clarify anything that isn't clear.
Take Notes: Jot down ideas that resonate with you.
Stay Open: It's your blueprint, but new ideas are welcome!
The Coaching Session (15 Min per Partner)

Coach: "What part of your blueprint are you most proud of or excited about?"
Prompt 2: Strengths Alignment
Coach: "Looking at your strengths, how do you see them supporting your goals?"
Prompt 3: Specificity & Clarity
Coach: "Are there any parts of your goals that feel unclear? How might you make them more specific?"
Prompt 4: Resources & Support
Coach: "What resources or support do you think you might need to achieve your goals?"
