Encourage your child to meet with their school counselor yearly to audit their graduation credits, check off requirements, and discuss postsecondary pathways.

Help your child balance this intensity by encouraging positive lifestyle choices—like healthy sleep and dietary habits, regular physical activity, stress management techniques, active social engagement, and mindful social media use.
