This comprehensive assessment package is designed to support the **Elementary Xello Career Exploration Program**. By administering the identical Pretest and Posttest Likert-scale assessments, counselors collect robust, attitudinal perception data demonstrating student progress in identifying interests, adopting school success habits, and understanding how today's choices shape future outcomes.
Implementation Timeline
1. Pre-Assessment
Administer the pre-assessment (indigo theme) immediately before starting Xello. Set a supportive tone—remind students it is a self-reflection, not a graded quiz.
2. Core Exploration
Deliver elementary Xello modules focusing on Interests & Careers, Skills & Strengths, and Decision Making. Emphasize connections to daily school habits.
3. Post-Assessment
Administer the post-assessment (violet theme) at the conclusion of Xello lessons. Celebrate student growth and gather completed surveys.
