Specialized Services
Caring Closet Coordinator
Supplies clothing, personal hygiene items, and school essentials in partnership with Imagine for Youth.
Housing & Foster Support
Active liaison for students experiencing housing transitions or in foster care, securing immediate enrollment, stability, and resource access.
Handle With Care Liaison
Coordinates directly with local first responders to deliver immediate, trauma-informed care at school following a family crisis or traumatic event.
Programs & Prevention
Facilitates school mentorships, student groups, basic-needs support, and community wellness programs.
