The Mission
Help your hero journey through the quest by managing impulses. The goal is to reach the Finish with as many Reward Tokens as possible!
How to Play
- Roll the die and move forward.
- Follow the instruction on your space.
- Earn tokens for successful strategies!
Hero's Council (Reflection)
The first to Finish chooses the questions for the group:
1. Which strategy helped you the most during the game?
2. When did you feel proud using deep breathing?
3. How can you use these skills tomorrow in class?

You really want to shout the answer before raising your hand.
Try: Count silently to 5, then raise your hand.
IMPULSE
Your friend drops their pencil and you want to grab it for them without asking.
Try: Stop and think "Whose thing is it?" then ask if they need help.
