Connection Compass Unit
A comprehensive four-part SEL and communication unit designed by a school counselor to scaffold communication skills from Grades 9 to 12. The unit guides students from basic active listening in Grade 9, to clear self-expression and audience awareness in Grade 10, to conflict resolution and perspective-taking in Grade 11, and finally to giving and receiving constructive feedback in Grade 12, preparing them for college, career, and citizenship.
