Distribute the "Trust Engine Warm-Up" handout.
Students reflect on a time they relied on someone in a high-stakes environment.

Round-Robin Brainstorm (15 mins)
Use the "Code Construction Worksheet".
Groups move through 4 stations: Safety, Equipment Care, Communication, and Project Integrity.
Students jot down specific, observable behaviors (e.g., "Returning tools to the shadow board" vs. "Being clean").

Co-Creating the Code (10 mins)
Facilitate a class vote/discussion to pick the top 2 behaviors from each station.
Scribe these onto a large piece of chart paper labeled "Our Shop's Code of Reliability."
Discuss: How will we hold each other to this?

Exit Ticket Personal Commitment (5 mins)
Distribute the "Reliability Seal Exit Ticket".
Students select one behavior from the new Code they will prioritize this week.
Students sign their commitment.
Differentiation
Support: Provide sentence starters for the brainstorm (e.g., "To keep everyone safe, we must..."). Pair students for the Round-Robin.
Extension: Ask students to draft a "failure protocol"—what happens when someone breaks the code? How is trust rebuilt?
