The Scenario:
"Your parents made a green soup for dinner. It looks funny and you have never eaten it before. You feel nervous."

It is completely okay to feel nervous, shy, or worried. Stop, place a warm hand on your chest, and notice your feelings!

Take a slow, deep belly breath. Blow out the fear. Whisper kind words to yourself to spark your inner strength!
