1. Introduction
Welcome students. Introduce the goal: finding our inner "spark." Explain that confidence is like a muscle we can train, and motivation is the fuel that keeps us going.

Play "Wellbeing For Children: Confidence And Self-Esteem."
Prompt: "While watching, think about one thing that makes you feel uniquely 'you'."

3. Confidence Discussion
Use the Discussion Guide. Focus on the definition of confidence and the importance of focusing on personal strengths rather than comparing to others.

4. Confidence Spark Activity
Students pick Confidence Building Cards. Each reads a card and shares a personal connection.
Ensure peer-to-peer affirmation (e.g., "I agree, you are great at that!").
Focus on "I am" statements and growth mindset challenges.

5. Watch Motivation Video
Play "Wellbeing For Children: Motivation."
Prompt: "What is one goal you've achieved recently, and what kept you going?"
