Instructional Steps

Warm-Up: Mirror, Mirror
Teacher: "Good morning, my little stars! Today we're going to talk about something super special: YOU! Let's start with a little game. If you have a mirror, take a peek! What do you see?"
Encourage students to describe what they see (eyes, smile). Reinforce: "You are all wonderful, unique, and special! Everyone has something amazing about them."

Display the I Am Wonderful Slide Deck. Explain that being kind to ourselves is called "self-compassion."
